Contract Term: Full Time, Permanent (While full time is the preferred working pattern, 0.8 FTE (four days a week) may be possible for the right applicant. Please state your preferred working days on the application form.)

Hours: 35 per week

Salary: STC Grade 3 – NJC Points 6 -9 Starting Salary £17,874 annum (£21,968 FTE)

Term Time only – 39 weeks per annum

You will need to have experience of administration and a customer service mindset, keeping a positive focus when problem solving. You will be an excellent communicator whilst supporting in a wide variety of tasks, including being an expert in our school systems. You will be an integral part of our pupil services teams to give quality administrative support to leaders and teachers in the schools and provide a wonderful welcome to any visitors, providing friendly and efficient support to the staff, pupils and parent/guardians, being the at the heart of operational activity for our schools.

PPA Cover Supervisor (HLTA) – St Michael's CofE Primary School

 

 

Responsible to:          Deputy Headteacher

Hours:                         18.5 hrs per week

Contract Term:          Fixed term contract until 31st August 2023

Number of weeks:     39 weeks (holidays to be taken out of term time)

Salary:                         SC Grade 5 SCP Range 14 -17, pro rata £10,927 – £11,545 (£25,409 - £26,845 FTE per annum)

Exeter Supply Partnership

We use Exeter Supply Partnership (ESP) for our supply cover needs, a supply service set up by schools for schools. You may be interested in contacting ESP regarding working in local Primary schools in the Exeter area. ESP are a unique not-for-profit organisation who work hard to meet the needs of schools and the supply team and put them at the centre of their service. They provide CPD opportunities for their teachers and teaching assistants as well as routes into permanent contracts with no additional fees for schools.
