St Michael's Church
Every Sunday at 9.30am – there is a 30 Minute worship. This is aimed at families and children, although everyone is welcome. The service is followed by refreshments, and for those who wish to stay there is a bible story for under 9’s and one for over 9’s.
Once a month we have a very different sort of service called Sunday Night Lite. This is generally on the 3rd Sunday of the month and is at 6pm. It includes some usual elements of worship but also has you Tube clips, movement and silence. Every one is different.
Messy Church is for all children, but children must be accompanied by an adult. It is a mixture of bible stories, songs, craft activities and food. It begins after school and ends at about 5.15pm. Messy Church usually happens once a month and is normally on the last Monday of the month.
The Heavitree Friendly Library is organised by the church and has a wide variety of different types of book. The idea is to provide a service for the elderly and those with young children who maybe would find a trip into the city simply to go to the library too much effort. The library always includes children's books and a story time for toddlers.
